·               Desktop support for Microsoft Office Suite of products.

·               Implemented virtualization into the environment using VSphere ESXI 3.5.

·               Responsible for backup disaster recovery, and the security of all computer devices.  

·               Utilized Windows-based servers and workstations in a Windows Active Directory environment.

·               Responsible for the purchase, installation, configuration, of all servers, printers, routers, switches and workstations.

·               Utilized Linux Red Hat to host the company’s initial web site and email system, and FTP site.
